Only register once and use appropriate username without crazy decoration. If you want to change your username, contact the Admin. Also please introduce in “Introduction” yourself before starting to post in other subforums so we know who joined the violet family.
2) Handling
Treat all members as you would like to be treated yourself. We do not tolerate attacks, insults, etc. If everyone remains friendly, nothing can happen. The use of capital letters is understood as shouting. Please use appropriate language that everyone understands. Anyone who expresses themselves in an offensive, radical, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or discriminatory way may be deleted.
3) Contributions
Occasional double posts are okay, but please also consider the 'edit’ that you will find in your original post. Make sure that you post your posts in the correct topic. Anyone who spams may be deleted.
4) Topics
Before you create a new topic, make sure that a similar topic does not already exist (see search function). If you want to create your own topic, please make sure that the title is appropriate and that you are posting it in the right place. If something goes wrong, that is no problem either, everything can be deleted or moved again.
5) Signature
Your signature shouldn't contain images that are too large so that they don't distract from the actual posts. If the pictures / lettering etc. are too large, the admin will point this out to you.
6) Spoilers
Many members don't want to know some things (track lists from a concert before they were there, pictures, etc.). Please make sure that spoilers are marked correctly. For example, you can only post pictures as URLs or texts that are scaled down so that they cannot be seen. You are also allowed to include a spoiler notice in topic titles.
7) Information & Pictures
When posting pictures, add the sources and date if possible. That saves a lot of trouble when it comes to copyright and the like.
The admin reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
